The Basic Body Package Features a 3” chopped filled roof and a filled cowl. The doors are hung using either stock type exposed
hinges or hidden hinges. The hidden hinges utilize brass bushings for years of quiet, smooth and trouble free operation. They also
feature built in positive stops which prevent the doors from accidentally contacting the body.They or latched using 150 LB. rated
safety latches. It features a recessed ribbed firewall that can be adjusted during construction for additional engine clearance.
The body comes with an installed fiberglass inner structure which also gives you, the builder, attaching points for the upholstery,
also included is a steel dash bar. The dash is a smooth/filled style and is installed. The trunk is hinged using fully adjustable
hinges. One of the best features of this body is the fiberglass inner structure system. This system includes multiple components
that are bonded to the interior to add both strength and appearance. This feature comes standard in our bodies where other
companies charge hundreds of dollars extra for such features.
The Inner Structure System breaks down as follows:
Windshield Wiper Header: This feature helps strengthen above the windshield area and offers attaching points for various
wiper assemblies and also offers a bonding surface for the roof inner structure system.
Defroster Plenum: As part of this inner structure system the defroster plenum helps strengthen the cowl and allows for
defroster hose connection and gives an easy attachment points for the dash.
Door Reinforcement Headers: These headers both strengthen the door openings by forming unitize construction and also
allows a bonding surface for the roof inner structure.
Roof Inner Structure: Components bond directly to the interior of the cab, greatly increasing strength, provides a pocket
for rear glass insulation, provides an attaching point for the overhead console, cleans up the interior of the cab, (Some
customers may choose to paint this inner structure instead of upholstery.)
Fiberglass Trunk Insert: increases body integrity and allows for battery storage.

The rumble lid option will allow extra people to tag along on special events. It also adds a more original look to the car
while still giving a certain amount of cargo space. Small overnight bags can easily be carried in the rumble seat area. An
O.E.M. style seal and insert diverts water outside of the car so the upolstery stay nice and dry. The rumble lid is latched
using a remote release handle which can be located inside the car. Seat belts can be added.

Hidden Hinges - Features laser cut and CNC bent parts designed with the correct geometry to allow a full 90 degree door
opening. Hinges are fully adjustable for easy door alignment. Door pins are machined from 3/8" cold rolled steel for added
strength. They utilize brass bushings for years of smooth, quiet and trouble free service.
Adjustable Positive Stop Package - $24.95
Added to our hidden hinge package to gain better control of door opening. Used in different environments (windy or hilly)
where doors may accidently open beyond 90 degrees and come in contact with body.
Cowl Vent Package - $185
Functional Windsheild Package - $695
This unique door design features a channeled pocket in the door jamb which accepts a removable door glass assembly. The
assembly can be removed to allow for easy access to door parts as well as having an open area for painting. The channeled
design greatly increases the rigidity of the door as well as adds a larger bonding surface. This design also reduces the
amount of steel glass track used in the door so there are less items that have to line up with each other.
Stock looking firewall can be adjusted during construction to allow more room for larger engines. This design allows for
larger bonding surface around the perimeter. The lower foot area is also bonded to the floor. The interior of the firewall
is also hand laid to the body interior. With these three features the firewall supports the entire front of the body.
