Introducing Russ Nomore Streetrods ‘32 Fabricated Rail Chassis. Through the use of computer aided drafting (CAD) we have designed and are now offering a complete line of fabricated rail chassis for our 32 -34 line of products. The fabricated rail design is very versatile when is comes to different rail comfiguration. You can easily control every aspect of the rails including such things as the amount of drop, the amount of pinch, the overall width and length of the chassis. You can also control the thickness of material used in the rail construction. A few thousandths of thickness extra greatly increases the overall strength of the chassis. With the use of the inter lock design locating any brackets and components can be drawn into the rail configuration. The rails are welded together using the TIG process and the welds are polished and radius to appear facatory. Some options that other companies charge for such as front and rear c-notch are standard on our fabricated rail chassis. The fabricated chassis is a very economical alterative to custom projects such as channeled cars, dropped chassis cars or trucks and pro street cars.
Welded Stage I Chassis - $1600.00

Because of the simplicity of the inter lock design some builders may want to assemble their chassis themselves. We offer the stage I chassis in an unwelded version for the home builder that wants to have a more “hands on” part in the construction of their chassis .When you receive your chassis package all that is needed is to square the rails up on two saw horses and weld the components in place. With the BILT System (Basic Inter Lock Technology) all of the guess work is taken out of the equation. So building your chassis can be an enjoyable experience that you can take pride in with the knowledge that you built it. The un-assemblied stage I chassis consist of:
