Ordering Information
- Ordering - Please include the part number an description. Please include your address and phone number for contact
purposes.
- Ordering by Phone - When ordering by phone please have the part numbers and a brief description of parts. It would also
be best to have year, make and engine and other information ready when calling for better service. If you have questions
about the part that you are ordering or any technical questions we will be glad to answer them the best we can.
- Special Orders - An advance payment of 50% is required prior to actual manufacture, such payment is non-refundable.
- Prices - All orders on fiberglass bodies and chassis require at least 25% down with balance due upon completion.
Payments are to be made by money orders, certified checks. All personal and company checks are subject to bank clearance
before merchandise can be shipped or delivered. All Louisiana resident add 8% sales tax. Sorry no C.O.D.'s. All prices are
subject to change without notice.
- Shipping - We will ship by the most economical means that is available. All orders will come to the purchaser freight
collect. Bodies and chassis have a $200.00 crating fee.
- Return Merchandise - All sales are final and all returns must be authorized. Product must not have been cut or altered.
Customer pays for return shipping, returned part or parts must be re-sellable. No returns after 30 days.
- Claims - Claims for damaged or lost merchandise are to be made to the freight company that is handling your package. If
you receive a damaged package or a package that looks tampered with make a written note to the freight company when you
sign for package and have the driver sign and date the note. A verbal note to the driver is not sufficient. If there is a
shortage and it is on our part you have 5 days of receipt of order to notify us.
- Guarantee - Merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. At our option we will repair
or replace any product that is found to be defective, defect is subject to our inspection and approval. Russ Nomore
Streetrods is not liable for personal or property damage caused by use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell.
The purchaser is to determine the use of the product in areas including function and safety for which it was intended,
and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
- Company Policy - We are striving to give our customer the best product and service that we can, and that is why we may
require that payments be made during the construction of the product. We may make a request for payment on the work that
is done on the product equal to the amount of progress. Once a request has been made and progress has been established,
(either be pictures or in person), then payment shall be received within 5 working days. If payment is not received work
will cease until payment is received.
